    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has declined to rule on the petition for declaratory statement filed by Amber Perrin and David Ocomo, Unit Owners, In Re: De Soleil South Beach Association, Inc., Docket No. 2015054479, on December 15, 2015. The following is a summary of the agencys declination of the petition:

    The Division declined to issue a Declaratory Statement because the Condominium is not a “residential condominium” and the Division does not have jurisdiction over the Master Association. The order was filed with the Agency Clerk on February 18, 2016.
