The Department of Health hereby gives notice of the issuance of an Order denying the petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on December 27, 2016, by Debbie Jackson. The Notice of Petition for Waiver or Variance was published in Vol. 43, No.6, of the Florida Administrative Register. No comments were received in response to the petition. Petitioner sought a variance or waiver of the rule from the examination score requirements of Rule 64B21-500.011, F.A.C. The Department’s Order, filed on February 21, 2017, denied the Petitioner’s request because the Petitioner failed to demonstrate a hardship and that the underlying purpose of the statute requiring a passing score on an approved school psychology examination was met.
