Notice is hereby given that the Board of Medicine has received a Petition by Christopher Hyer, DPM, on February 20, 2018. The Petitioner, a podiatrist, seeks a declaratory statement from the Board with regard to whether doctors of podiatric medicine are able to serve as supervising physicians for Florida licensed physician assistants. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for Friday, April 6, 2018. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
