64B17-7.001: Disciplinary Guidelines
- NOTICE OF CHANGENotice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 33 No. 3, January 19, 2007 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.
The change is based upon comments received by the Board of Physical Therapy Practice. The changes are as follows:
Paragraph (1)(cc) shall now read as follows: Section 456.072(1)(t), F.S.: Failing to identify through written notice or orally to a patient the type of license under which the practitioner is practicing from a minimum letter of concern and a fine of $1,000, up to a maximum fine of $5,000 and/or one year of probation. After the first offense, a minimum of two years of probation and a fine of $5,000 to a maximum fine of $10,000 and/or revocation.
