The Board of Psychology hereby gives notice that on February 9, 2017, an Order was filed on the Petition for Waiver or Variance. The Petition for Waiver or Variance was filed by Eileen Diaz, on December 13, 2016, seeking a waiver or variance from Rule 64B19-11.005, F.A.C., with regard to the requirements for supervised experience. The Notice was published in Volume 43, No. 4, of the Florida Administrative Register, on January 6, 2017. The Board, at its meeting held on January 20, 2017, voted to deny the Petition for Waiver or Variance finding that the Petitioner did not demonstrate a substantial hardship; that application of the rule did not violate the principles of fairness; and that the purpose of the underlying statute was not met.
