PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed rule is to incorporate by reference the Developmental Disabilities Waiver Provider Rate Table, November 2003. 59G-13.081 Developmental Disabilities Waiver Provider Rate Table

(1) This rule applies to all developmental disabilities waiver services providers enrolled in the Medicaid program.

(2) All developmental disabilities waiver services providers enrolled in the Medicaid program must be in compliance with the Developmental Disabilities Waiver Provider Rate Table, November 2003, which is incorporated by reference. The rate table is available from the Medicaid fiscal agent and the Agency for Health Care Administration, Bureau of Medicaid Services, 2727 Mahan Drive, M.S. 20, Tallahassee, Florida, 32308.
