All contractors that are interested in bidding are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference to be held on February 20, 2012, 10:00 a.m. at Pinedale Elementary School, 4229 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32254. Failure to attend the pre-bid conference shall result in disqualification of that firms proposal. Attendees will be required to sign an attendance register. All contractors submitting proposals and bids must be pre-qualified with Duval County Public Schools at the time of the ITB Response Due Date. No proposals or bids will be accepted from Contractors who are not pre-qualified at that time.
