Transportation Exception Plan-Osceola County
The Department of Children & Families approved a transportation exception plan for Osceola County, Florida on February 10, 2015, pursuant to Section 394.462(4), Florida Statutes. Under the plan, persons may be transported to a central intake receiving facility, rather than the nearest receiving facility, in accordance with the plan. This transportation exception plan is approved for a period of 5 years.
