    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Psychology has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from Dona Locke, Ph.D., on February 20, 2015. Petitioner seeks the Board’s interpretation of §490.014(2)(e), F.S., holding that Petitioner’s practice in Florida falls within the meaning of said statute and is not otherwise prohibited. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for April 24, 2015. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
