NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 22, 2016, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation received a petition for Waiver from Peterborough Redevelopment Associates, LLC requesting a Waiver of paragraph 67-48.004(3)(j), F.A.C., allowing it to change the Total Set-Aside percentage and change the Total Set-Aside units in the Development.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
