    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of these rules is: (1) to define several amusement rides in the super amusement ride classification due to the extensive/extraordinary amount of inspection time to assure compliance with requirements of law and rule; (2) to update incorporation dates of materials by reference; (3) to provide clarification on the department’s policy for “transport” in regards to accident patrons; and (4) to add department authorized games to those already approved to operate within the state.
