NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Agency for Health Care Administration received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare, Inc., on February 10, 2016, seeking an interpretation of paragraph 59A-7.034(7)(a), F.A.C.
