NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Licensing, has declined to rule on the petition for declaratory statement filed by Eduardo Wolmers on December 6, 2016. The following is a summary of the agency’s declination of the petition:

The petition seeks a declaration from the Department regarding a company he intends to register with the Department of State. Petitioner asked three questions.
