NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regulatory Council of Community Association Managers
has received a Notice of Withdrawal of Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by John Kuhn on October 24, 2019. On October 14, 2019, the Petitioner did not identify a statute, rule, or order for the Council to interpret. The petition has been withdrawn upon request of Petitioner and was approved by the Council.
The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published in Vol. 45, No. 208, on October 24, 2019 in the Florida Administrative Register. No comments were received on the Petition.
