NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 19, 2014, South Florida Water Management District (District) received a request for withdrawal of a Petition for Waiver from Florida Department of Transportation regarding Application No. 13-0318-1 for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the C-1W Canal; Section 12, Township 55 South, Range 38 East, Miami-Dade County. The District originally received the petition for waiver from Florida Department of Transportation on April 3, 2013, and Notice of receipt of the petition was published in the Florida Administrative Register, Vol. 39, No. 67, on April 5, 2013. No public comment was received.
