PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-4.105 is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Dialysis Services Coverage Policy, __________. The incorporated coverage policy will specify recipient eligibility, provider requirements, coverage policies, and reimbursement information. In addition, the title of the rule will be changed to Dialysis Services.

An additional area to be addressed during the workshop will be the potential regulatory impact of Rule 59G-4.105 as provided for under Sections 120.54 and 120.541, F.S.
