NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Diversified Conveyors, Inc. on October 27, 2014. The following is a summary of the agency's disposition of the petition:

The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published in Volume 40, No. 228, of the November 24, 2014, Florida Administrative Register. The petition seeks a declaratory statement regarding clarification of the Contractor License Statutes, Sections 489.105 and 489.103, Florida Statutes, as to whether a contractor’s license is available and required for the installation of the company's conveyor systems. The Board’s Order, filed on February 11, 2015, declines to issue a declaratory statement because the Petitioner has not established standing.
