NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 05, 2010, the Board of Dentistry, received a petition for variance or waiver from Edwin A. Bayo, Esq. on behalf of Laura Hernandez, D.D.S., seeking a variance or waiver of paragraph 64B5-2.013(3)(i), F.A.C., which states: “As provided in Section 466.006(4)(b)3., F.S., if an applicant fails to pass the Practical or Clinical Examination in three (3) attempts, the applicant shall not be eligible for reexamination unless she or he completes additional educational requirements.
