    The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.
    DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, March 19, 2013; Open House: 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
    PLACE: Palm Bay Community Center, 1502 Port Malabar Boulevard NE, Palm Bay, Florida 32905.
    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Financial Management No. 237650-6-52-01. Project Description: Babcock Street (State Road (SR) 507) Widening from Malabar Road to Palm Bay Road, Brevard County, Florida. The proposed improvements include widening to a six-lane, divided roadway and will include bicycle lanes and sidewalks. The design will also include a northbound bridge replacement and a southbound bridge widening over the Melbourne-Tillman Canal. This meeting is an open house from 6:00 p.m. 7:30 p.m. Information on the plan to widen Babcock Street (SR 507) from four lanes to six lanes will be available at the meeting. Representatives from the design team will be available during the meeting to discuss the project and answer questions. FDOT welcomes and appreciates everyone’s participation in the project.
