NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 21, 2014, the Department of Economic Opportunity received a petition for Glades County, Florida, seeking a waiver of paragraph 73C-23.0041(1)(c), Fla. Admin. Code, which establishes a cap of $700,000 for grants under the Small Cities Community Development Block Grant program.
