    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Jeffrey M. Nichols/American Tennis Courts, Inc., on October 20, 2014. The following is a summary of the agencys disposition of the petition:

    The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published in Volume 40, No. 210, of the October 28, 2014, Florida Administrative Register. The petition seeks a declaratory statement as to whether his company should apply for a specialized construction license in Florida.
