    DATE AND TIME: March 13, 2009, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (this meeting may adjourn earlier if discussions on the issues are completed)
    PLACE: Florida Department of Revenue, Training Room D, Building C-1, Taxworld, 5050 West Tennessee Street, Tallahassee, Florida. The public can participate in this meeting by attending it in Tallahassee or by accessing a simultaneous Internet webcast/virtual meeting from their home or office computer where they can view and hear the meeting and comment by email in real time.     GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is not a rule development workshop, but rather a public meeting at which participation and the exchange of ideas and information is encouraged. This public meeting will assist the Department in understanding and resolving two issues related to the draft rules on the local value adjustment board process: the scheduling of value adjustment board hearings and the applicability of the 4-hour rule as provided in Sections 192.0105(2)(d) and 194.032, Florida Statutes. At the conclusion of this meeting there will be a discussion to identify and prioritize other issues that could be the topics of future meetings. Persons who are unable to attend or participate in this public meeting are encouraged to submit written comments and suggestions concerning the issues identified in this notice before the meeting.
