Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 38, No. 94, December 19, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
Form DBPR ABT 6001 Instructions have been amended to reflect the title “Application for New Alcoholic Beverage License.” The division will amend DBPR ABT 6001 to remove the incorrect reference to Rule 61A-5.056, F.A.C., at the bottom of the form. The division will public a notice of change for Rule 61A-5.010, F.A.C., to reflect these amendments to the form.
Form DBPR ABT 6002 Instructions have been amended to reflect the title “Application for Transfer of Ownership of an Alcoholic Beverage License.” The division will amend DBPR ABT 6002 to remove the incorrect reference to Rule 61A-5.056, F.A.C., at the bottom of the form. The division will public a notice of change for Rule 61A-5.010, F.A.C., to reflect these amendments to the form.
