Putnam Community Medical Center emergency service exemption

The Agency for Health Care Administration has received an application for an emergency service exemption from Putnam Community Medical Center located at 611 Zeagler Dr., Palatka, FL 32177, pursuant to Section 395.1041 (3), Florida Statutes and Rule 59A-3.255, Florida Administrative Code. The hospital is requesting an emergency service exemption for Obstetrics. Comments received within 15 days of publication will be considered by the Agency prior to making a determination of exemption status.
