NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., to the proposed amendments to Rule 12C-1.051, F.A.C. (Forms), published in Vol. 32, No. 2, pp. 119-122, January 13, 2006, issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.
The Department has withdrawn the changes proposed in subsection 12C-1.051(9), F.A.C., to incorporate, by reference, changes to Form F-1122 (Authorization and Consent of Subsidiary Corporation to be Included in a Consolidated Income and Emergency Excise Tax Return). When adopted, that subsection will reflect "No Change."
