GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: As required by law the Board will act on matters involving personnel appointments, finance, facilities and approving an addendum to the College President’s contract.

DATE AND TIME: February 10, 2015, Immediately following the DBOT regular monthly meeting

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Tour of Kent Campus.
Copies of the agenda for the regular monthly Board meeting will be available for inspection beginning Tuesday, February 3, 2015, and copies will be provided upon written request and the payment of approved duplicating charges. Any person requesting to address agenda items at the Board of Trustees meeting will be provided an opportunity to do so by appearing before the Board at the meeting. Any person requesting to appeal a decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceeding for such an appeal and may, therefore, need to ensure that a verbatim record is made.
