The Dept. of Environmental Protection hereby gives notice that on January 27, 2015, it issued a Final Order to the City of Dunnellon, granting a one-time variance from Rule 32-505.350, F.A.C., thereby allowing the City to be reimbursed for all eligible costs incurred, up to the grant amount, upon receipt of complete disbursement requests including all deliverables. The underlying statute will be achieved because the variance will allow for the timely completion of construction of the wastewater management systems.
