NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 2, 2015, the Department of Health, received a petition for variance from Florida Administrative Code paragraph 64E-16.007(2)(e), F.A.C., from Fortunato Villamagna, Petitioner, on behalf of Paragon Waste Solutions and Sterall, Inc. This rule prescribes a procedure for conducting routine efficacy testing. The Petitioner requests a variance from these rules to allow the Petitioner to validate the efficacy annually as the temperature is monitored during each stage of each cycle.
