65E-14.021:Schedule of Covered Services

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 1, 2016, the Department of Children and Families received a petition for an Emergency Waiver of subparagraph 65E-14.021(4)(v)3, Florida Administrative Code, by Operation PAR, Inc. Subparagraph 65E-14.021(4)(v)3., F.A.C., to permit support services and group services be included as billable services under Prevention-Indicated, which is currently limited by the rule to face-to-face or direct telephone contact with an individual receiving services or a collateral contact where the contact is documented in the individual's service record.

Interested persons or the agencies may submit written comments on the petition for emergency waiver within 5 days after publication of this notice.
