65C-22.008 School Age Child Care

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: In an effort to ensure the health and safety of children in all levels of child care, the Department will establish a tiered licensing system for school-age programs. The rule will also clarify license exemptions and provide minimum standards for school-age child care facilities.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The subject area addressed in this rule development is school-age child care programs.
