The Florida Department of Transportation announces a design open house to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: February 11, 2016, 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Seven is holding this design open house to discuss SR 41/ US 301 One Way Pairs project. The limits are from SR 39 to south of CR 54 in Pasco County. The proposed improvements include reconstruction of the existing 2-lane roadway to create a segment of 4-lane divided roadway and two segments of one-way, 3-lane roadways known as one-way pairs that will include curb and gutter and a piped drainage system.  A segment of SR 39 will be realigned and improved to a 4-lane divided roadway to create a new intersection with US 301 at the beginning of the project.  Bike lanes and sidewalks will be included on both sides of the improved roadways.  

The Department is seeking the participation of interested citizens and business/ property owners within, and near, the project limits. There will be no formal presentation; therefore, attendees are welcome to arrive anytime between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to view project displays, ask questions, and discuss the work with members of the project design team and FDOT personnel.
