    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Department’s Division of Environmental Assessment and Restoration (DEAR) is holding public meetings in several locations throughout the state and a public webinar to discuss DEAR’s water quality assessment efforts. These public meetings and webinar are to present the draft assessment lists for the Group 2 basins, developed pursuant to Chapter 62-303, Florida Administrative Code. Supporting materials for all Group 2 basins (including the Apalachicola – Chipola River, Charlotte Harbor, Lower St. Johns, Middle St. Johns, Tampa Bay Tributaries, and St. Lucie - Loxahatchee Basins) are available on the department’s ftp site at: http://publicfiles.dep.state.fl.us/DEAR/watershed/WQAP_WAS_G2C4_MtgMaterials_Draft/. The draft assessment lists are available on the department’s Watershed Assessment Section webpage (https://floridadep.gov/dear/watershed-assessment-section/content/news-announcements) and will be provided upon request to interested parties by mail or via email distribution.
