PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Department will make changes to clarify and update the program’s procedures and requirements for making loans to local governments and eligible utilities.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Rules of Chapter 62-552, F.A.C, will be revised to update the procedures and requirements for administering the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program, in accordance with state law.
