NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Florida Public Service Commission that on January 28, 2015, Babcock Ranch Community Independent Special District’s (Babcock Ranch) voluntarily dismissed its petition seeking waiver of subsection 25-9.044(2), F.A.C., filed March 24, 2014, in Docket No. 140059-EM. Subsection 25-9.044(2), F.A.C., addresses change of ownership or control of a utility. Notice of the petition was published in the F.A.R. on March 28, 2014.
