NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 41 No. 18, January 28, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The Notice of Change for Proposed Rule subparagraph 5O-2.002(3)(g)3., F.A.C., should have included the following amendment. JAPC was notified of the amendment, but it was unintentionally not submitted for publication in the Notice of Change:

3. The proof of payment must contain at least:

a. The payment amount of the eligible cost;

b. The date of payment for the eligible cost; and

c. The name of the vendor from whom the eligible cost was purchased or leased.
