PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-4.205, F.A.C., is to incorporate by reference the Practitioner Services Coverage Policy, ________________. The policy is being updated due to 2014 legislative mandates, revises policy related to International Classification of Diseases diagnosis codes, and removes restriction for psychiatric services in nursing homes.
