NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 42 No. 4, January 7, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The second bullet point in the Summary of the Statement of Estimated Regulatory Costs approved by the agency is corrected to include:

The agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs or if no SERC is required, the information expressly relied upon and described herein: the economic review conducted by the agency.

61C-3.001(5)(c) - The effective date of the Certificate of Balcony Inspection form was left blank. The effective date of the form is 2015 November 10.
