    64E-6.012Standards for the Construction, Operation, and Maintenance of Aerobic Treatment Units

    The Department of Health hereby gives notice: On January 31, 2019, the Department of Health, Division of Environmental Health, issued an Order Granting in Part and Denying in Part Petition for Variance or Waiver filed on May 24, 2018, by Lawrence E. Sellers, representing Presby Environmental, Inc., on the grounds that the petitioner met its burden to demonstrate hardship as to paragraphs 64E-6.012(2)(b), (d), (k), FAC, and failed to meet its burden as to paragraphs 64E-6.012(1)(e), (2)(a), (c), (e), (j), (l)-(n), (3)-(5), FAC, and as to paragraph 64E-6.012(2)(b), (d), as it relates to petitioner's AES SPD configuration.
