The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: On February 1, 2019, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of paragraphs 67-48.004(3)(i) and (j) F.A.C. for St. Elizabeth Garden Apartments, Ltd., so that Petitioner may decrease its Total Set-Aside Percentage from 98.7% to 97.4%. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on November 16, 2018 and notice of the receipt of petition was published on November 19, 2018 in Vol. 44, Number 225, F.A.R.
