NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 7, 2020, the Board of Orthotists & Prosthetists, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Brian V. Narin. The petitioner is seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 64B14-4.115, Florida Administrative Code, which states that for an applicant to be eligible for a one (1) year renewal, the applicant must submit a renewal application to the department no earlier than 150 days prior to the expiration of the active residency or internship.
