The BMAP is the means for implementation of the Bayou Chico Fecal Coliform Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs). Technical meetings serve a forum for stakeholders to provide recommendations to the Department of Environmental Protection regarding the development of the Bayou Chico Basin Management Action Plan.
