Bowers, Paul Canfield and John Marino, Petitioners, In Re: Venture Out at Cudjoe Cay., Inc. A Condominium, Docket No.: 2010003223 on January 19, 2010.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 718.3026(3), Florida Statutes as it applies to the petitioner.
