NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 31, 2014, the Construction Industry Licensing Board, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Christine Jenette Beaudoin. The petitioner is seeking a permanent variance or waiver of subsection 61G4-12.011(1), F.A.C., defining “stories” as requiring both a floor and a ceiling, as well as any board policy denying credit to an applicant for “work experience” on: (1) structures that are not “habitable”; and, (2) construction projects that are exempt from licensing requirements.
