The Department of Financial Services, Division of Risk Management is soliciting responses from interested parties to act as the Department’s Consultant/Agent of Record for Structured Settlement Services.

The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to the timeline and specifically to any public meeting identified within the solicitation. The Department will post notice of any changes regarding this solicitation or additional meetings within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with Section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not re-advertise the notice in the Florida Administrative Register (FAR).
