NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 3, 2016, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Lake Nona Central USTA Tennis Center. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, Section 2.4.1.5 and 2.15.9.2, as adopted by 61C-5.001(1), F.A.C., to request the use of a retracting toe guard which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
