GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To receive comments from the public on Rule 60L-32.007, F.A.C., Selected Exempt Service Extraordinary Payment Plan, noticed in the November 14th issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly, regarding the Selected Exempt Service Extraordinary Payment Plans. The proposed rule sets forth the requirements and procedures for such plans and payments.
