NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 30, 2012, the Agency for Health Care Administration received a petition for Variance or Waiver from subsection 59A-1.005(34), F.A.C., from Community Tissue Services. The petition requests a permanent waiver of rule provisions precluding donors with a history of tuberculosis as eligible donors. The specific provision on which the waiver is sought is sub-subparagraph 59A-1.005(34)(c)(1)e., F.A.C.
