PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To improve the disciplinary citation process and reduce the number of Administrative Complaints filed.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The proposed rule will revise the disciplinary citation process, amend the disciplinary citation form to include additional space to provide a description of offense and allow an option to request an informal or formal hearing.
