    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rule development is to revise course requirements for each course contained in the “2015-2016 Course Code Directory and Instructional Personnel Assignments” for Grades K-12/Adult, Basic Education. The effect will be the proposed adoption of the 2015-16 course descriptions as appropriate for each grade level and content area.
