NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 29, 2019, the Board of Nursing, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by St. Cloud High School from subsections 64B9-15.005(2) and (3), F.A.C., regarding the requirement that a program coordinator must have one year of experience in nursing home services, i.e., care of the elderly or chronically ill of any age including supervision of certified nursing assistants.
